I have been LIVING for these two items. Emergen-C’s 1000 mg of Vitamin C packets with a 1.5 liter water bottle and juicing veggies and fruits has been fantastic. This is the only diet I will swear by.

Not only do I have energy without having to drink coffee and struggle with crashing later on or feel like I need something illegal to boost my energy and mood, I don’t get the shakes with the unwanted anxiety or feel like I’m on the verge of running a marathon.

It’s just pure healthy living. I can’t say that much has changed in my life except my mood and a loss of appetite for nasty food. I have been sleeping well lately, but that’s probably because I’ve been exhausted after work and my body wants to sleep.

But honestly, the energy which gives me a better mood which in return offers me a more positive outlook on life is the best part. Plus, as I said, I don’t feel hungry or nervous to eat unnecessary things. I have lost weight and I’ve only been doing this for a week. Try it!
